My name is Debra Whyte. Singer/Songwriter
I've been in the Music Business a very long time. Had some recent setbacks resulting in a huge relocation and loss of everything.It's been hard to navigate but, here I am, ready to try and get back into playing more. June 26th 2024 I did a Live one hour radio interview locally which was super encouraging. So here I am.
Looking forward to sharing some Original Music with you Sunday Afternoons for "Sunday Song Stories"! Replay should be available..
Tuesday 2 fer Music in the round I participate @ 2:00pm with 2 covers. There is no replay.
Thursdays @ 1:30pm 3 fer Music in the round Covers as well. There should be a replay. Changed the time to a bit earlier because later effects Sundays replay...sorry about the changes. Still figuring things out xo

Having almost wound up on the street a few years ago, I remain grateful for a wee roof over head such as it is.

Oh my so many .....and they still keep fresh lol...
My Instrument
I have 2 acoustic electric Guitars...My Ovation was my 1st one I got to take me into the singer/songwriter journey and My Cort gtr my second one I bought for the simple reason it doesnt fly off my lap when I play like my ovation wants to lol! It does have a name actually. It is called the Hawk. I got it at a really strange off the beaten path Hawk Shop in the interior BC cant even remember where....it was like the twighlight zone this shack of a place where nothing else seemed to be.. soon as I walked in, I saw the gtr and instantly needed to get it.
